Safeguard the legal interests of the institute by delivering accurate consultations and legislative guidance, and by contributing to the drafting of documents and agreements that protect the institute and its affiliates.

Ensure legal protection for the institute and provide the necessary legal support to its entities in all transactions.

🎯 Objectives:

• Complete the review and drafting of all contracts and agreements within the institute within the specified deadlines.

• Enhance the efficiency and accuracy of legal advice to minimize legal and administrative risks.

• Monitor the implementation of legislation and laws related to technical education and its personnel to ensure the institute’s full compliance.

🛠️ Tasks:   

• Provide legal consultations to the institute’s administration and various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Review contracts and agreements concluded by the institute with external parties and ensure their legal validity.

• Represent the institute legally before judicial and administrative authorities when necessary.

• Prepare draft decisions and internal regulations related to staff and student affairs in accordance with applicable legislation.
