• Establishing an accurate database for self-generated resources and regularly tracking achieved outcomes.

• Developing and implementing income-generating projects and services (such as training courses, consultations, and technical services) that serve the community and support the Institute’s sustainability.

• Managing the Institute’s self-generated income by monitoring financial returns from commercial activities, laboratories, and research partnerships.

• Seeking external funding opportunities such as research projects, academic grants, and establishing strategic partnerships with private sector institutions.

• Preparing periodic reports on self-generated resources and their utilization, and providing recommendations to enhance income.
