🛠️ Tasks :

Managing the registration process for new and continuing students, and issuing official certificates and academic documents (certificates, academic transcripts, grade reports).

Maintaining accurate and organized academic records for students and updating their personal and academic data regularly.

Coordinating class schedules and classroom allocations with departments, and assigning attendance numbers to students and faculty members.

Providing statistical data (such as pass rates and enrollment figures) to support academic planning and decision-making.
