To deliver integrated administrative and financial services based on transparency and efficiency, ensuring optimal utilization of human and financial resources.
🛠️ Duties and Responsibilities:
- 
Supervising the administrative and financial affairs of the Institute and coordinating with relevant departments. 
- 
Ensuring that all financial and administrative procedures are implemented in accordance with approved policies. 
- 
Managing employee records and handling daily operational and financial matters. 
- 
Preparing periodic administrative and financial reports and monitoring the execution of the budget.

The Administrative and Financial Affairs Office is divided into two main sections:
- Administrative Affairs Section
- Financial Section
1. Administrative Affairs Section
Services and Archives Unit
Specialization: Organizing, preserving, and archiving the Institute’s administrative and academic records.
Services and Maintenance Unit
Specialization: Overseeing maintenance of buildings, facilities, and general operational services.
Security and Supervision Unit
Specialization: Ensuring campus security, regulating entry and exit of staff and visitors, and maintaining order.
Media Unit
Specialization: Covering institutional activities, coordinating internal and external communications, and managing announcements and media releases.
2. Financial Section
Accounts Unit
Specialization: Managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accounting records.
Treasury Unit
Specialization: Managing cash flow, disbursing entitlements, and collecting daily revenues
Procurement and Stores Unit
Specialization: Receiving, storing, and tracking supplies, managing inventory and assets, and executing procurement and supply operations.
