🔭 Vision:

To establish the Institute as a distinguished scientific center that promotes research and development in medical and technical fields.

🚩Mission:

To support the scientific and academic process at the Institute by fostering a well-structured research and scholarly environment, and by coordinating related activities to ensure academic and research excellence.

🛠️ Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating scientific activities at the Institute and supervising the implementation of academic programs and curricula in collaboration with academic departments.

• Monitoring the scientific and research performance of faculty members and researchers, and supporting scientific initiatives within the Institute.

• Proposing research projects and scientific initiatives that align with the Institute’s goals and community needs, and facilitating cooperation with local and international research institutions.

• Organizing scientific conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote research and knowledge exchange.

🎯 Objectives:

• Enhance research productivity among faculty members by increasing the number of published papers and funded research projects.

• Develop new scientific programs aligned with current medical and technological advancements, and regularly update curricula to meet healthcare sector needs.

• Organize at least one annual scientific event (conference or workshop) to strengthen ties between the Institute and the scientific community.

• Encourage innovation and link scientific research to community and healthcare institution needs.
