• Developing and implementing plans and policies to ensure the quality of education and research at the Institute, and monitoring their application.

• Conducting internal evaluations (inspections and self-assessments) to ensure compliance with national and international accreditation standards.

• Gathering feedback from students and faculty members to improve academic and administrative performance.

• Organizing workshops and training programs to raise awareness of quality standards and enhance the competencies of administrative and academic staff.

🎯 Strategic Objectives:

• Attaining academic accreditation for the Institute from relevant authorities within a defined timeframe.

• Increasing student and faculty satisfaction indicators with educational and administrative services to advanced levels.

• Developing an effective system for continuous monitoring and evaluation, including measurable key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Promoting a culture of quality among all Institute members through regular training programs.
