🛠️ Duties and Responsibilities:

Organizing and managing cultural, athletic, and social activities in collaboration with student clubs, and overseeing events inside and outside the institute.

Encouraging students to participate in volunteer work, community service, festivals, and scientific exhibitions to foster engagement.

Managing student unions and associations, supervising student elections, and developing students’ leadership skills.

Coordinating recreational and educational trips and events to strengthen students’ sense of belonging.
