To provide advanced management for faculty members that supports their professional development and engagement with the academic community.
🚩 Mission
To deliver accurate and efficient administrative services for faculty members, facilitating and expediting recruitment, promotion, and leave procedures while safeguarding their academic and professional rights.
🎯 Objectives
- 
Complete all faculty members’ transactions (recruitment, promotion, leave) within the planned timeframes. 
- 
Improve and regularly update the faculty database to ensure its accuracy and comprehensiveness. 
- 
Activate performance monitoring mechanisms and enhance academic development for faculty members. 
- 
Promote transparency in the selection, assignment, and distribution of teaching assistants and academic scholarships. 
🛠️ Tasks
- 
Monitor the affairs of faculty appointments, scholarships, and promotions in accordance with approved regulations. 
- 
Maintain and update faculty members’ academic and professional records (degrees, research achievements). 
- 
Organize procedures for academic leave, sabbaticals, and coordinate external scholarship processes. 
- 
Prepare necessary documentation for academic performance evaluation sessions and scientific rank promotions. 
Teaching Assistants Unit

To prepare a generation of competent teaching assistants capable of supporting and enriching the educational process with practical expertise.
🚩 Mission
To train and develop teaching assistants to ensure their proficiency in instruction and their effective contribution to the implementation of academic curricula, thereby enhancing educational outcomes.
🎯 Objectives
- 
Enhance the competence of teaching assistants by achieving a targeted completion rate of specialized training programs. 
- 
Ensure that all departments are staffed with qualified teaching assistants in relevant specialties to facilitate the teaching process. 
- 
Regularly monitor and evaluate the performance of teaching assistants to improve their teaching quality. 
- 
Motivate teaching assistants to pursue research opportunities and scholarships to advance their academic skills. 
🛠️ Tasks
- 
Identify departmental needs for teaching assistants and coordinate their recruitment and selection based on academic criteria. 
- 
Monitor the performance of appointed teaching assistants and provide the necessary support to develop their educational and scientific capabilities. 
- 
Organize training courses and workshops to enhance their teaching and research skills. 
- 
Issue periodic reports on the number, qualifications, and specializations of teaching assistants.
